We get it - punctuality matters in the world of appointments. Whether you're running a salon, spa, or any business reliant on timely services, setting an 'Allowed Lateness' policy ensures a smooth and organized operation. Here's how to do it.

Begin by logging into your Wavier account. If you're not already onboard, sign up here in under a minute.
Step 2: Navigate to Policies
Once you're logged in, head over to the 'Settings' tab located on the main menu. Click it to reveal a submenu.
Step 3: Define Your Allowed Lateness
Among the submenu options, select 'Policies.' Here, you'll find a section labeled 'Allowed Lateness' – your key to setting the acceptable grace period for lateness.
Step 4: Set the Allowed Lateness in Minutes
Click on 'Allowed Lateness.' A box will appear where you can specify the time limit in minutes. This represents the buffer time your clients have before being considered late.
Step 5: Save Your Changes
Don't forget the final step – saving your new 'Allowed Lateness' policy. Scroll to the top right corner and click 'Save' to apply your settings.
Congratulations, you've successfully established an 'Allowed Lateness' policy tailored to your business's needs. Clients will now have a clear understanding of your punctuality standards.
